Upgrades and Repairs
Chapline Computers is a sales and service organization, striving to provide its customers with the best products, service and information in this highly technological field. While we custom-build new computer systems, we service all brands of computers on the market today. This includes:

replacing faulty components in an existing computer (ie: hard drives, motherboards, processors, modems, memory, power supplies, etc.)

• |
upgrading an existing computer for more speed, storage space, or memory
|
|
• |
reinstalling operating systems or other applications
|
|
• |
troubleshooting software conflicts
|
|
• |
providing down-to-earth advice on whether or not repair or upgrades are economically
appropriate

Policies and Procedures
Typically it will take a few days for Chapline Computers to work on your computer. This includes the time it takes to order parts for your computer although most parts are well stocked. All repairs and upgrades are done on our premises by highly trained technicians.
At the time the unit is dropped off for service, a $50.00 (plus sales tax) deposit is required. This covers the cost of receiving a diagnosis and estimate. We will call you with this information and then
You decide if we should move forward with the work. If you authorize the repair, your deposit will be applied toward the final cost of the repair. Some work on computers can be done in the home and Chapline Computers will be happy to arrange a service call to accommodate this for an hourly fee of $90.00.
